Good SAD Light
I have endured mild Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) primarily manifesting as fatigue and apathy during the winter months. I was happy to find a low priced and sufficient light (1000+lux) on amazon. The order arrived quickly and after using it for several weeks, I have noticed a more 'normal' feeling of energy level and mood. For those with some degree of SAD, I recommend this product because it is user friendly, compact and provides the appropriate amount of light required for light therapy (1000 lux). I have not used the ion-therapy much, but it is optional, so to each his/her own...though there is some information in the scientific literature about the emotional benefits of ion-therapy.

It Works!
I use the SunTouch Plus Ion Therapy Light on a daily basis during winter months and on days I just can't seem to stay awake. It has been very helpful for SAD and even low grade residual depression. Although I add a word of caution: I like to use the light on an extended basis as I am working on the computer. Those who may be prone to mood disorders may find that this light may keep you awake at night if you are not careful as to how much you use it. Light therapy truly is helpful, and this is a good product. It was covered and reimbursed by my health insurance for the full amount as my doctor wrote a prescription for it. Also. once the "new" smell of the ionizer wears away, the scent is like that of after a rain storm.

Ok,

Now I've found my favorite K-Cup. Such full body, no bitterness at all and every sip is a delight. Compared to this one my older favorites taste watered down.

Bold and flavorful
So far pleased with this k cup flavor. I have found that other k cup flavors can be a little weak, but not this one. I enjoy rich but not overly strong put hair on you chest coffee and this one is bold but a good bold.

Some products worked better for me than others, cost/benefit ratio varies by product.
I am one of those unfortunate women with both acne AND wrinkles. I imagine that one day I will be the only one in the nursing home still using Clearasil.

I am going to review each of the product separately as the results were different for me.
I have been using them for about 3 weeks.

Age repair lotion 4 stars:
This product is a high end sunscreen, as far as I can tell. It specifies that it is not to be used for those under 6 months (so I guess at 7 months you start to need anti aging crème!). It is smoother and less greasy than my typical sunscreen with a pleasant feel on the skin. It does seem to have some after effect, if you forget to apply it for one day your skin still remains moist. I was previously using Lubriderm SPF 15, and the Olay defiantly is a better hydrator. Whether it is worth the cost differential, that is up to you.

Wrinkle smoothing crème 3 stars:
This crème does help with wrinkles and smoother skin. However, it also caused me to break out more around my nose. It worked well on my neck and the drier areas of my face.

Eye restoration complex 5 stars:
This was the best of the lot. It helped with the under eye sagging and darkness. By "helped" I mean reduced, but did not eliminate. I have pretty sensitive skin and it did not cause any problems for me. The tube is tiny, but goes a long way. This product I will buy again for myself.

My 4 star rating is the average of the above since I could not rate each by themselves.


Useful but expensive
In my experience, the Olay system indeed does keep skin well hydrated, and minimise the appearance of lines. However, the price is quite high - and I frankly achieved similar results with plain, cheap African shea butter.

I've only had this a few days, and I'm pretty impressed. It is "do"able yet great workout. Great mix of strength training and cardio. (I'm not an extreme hard core fitness finatic, but am active and play about 6 hrs. of tennis a week.) For the reviewers who said the transformer is smaller than on the commercial, you need to blow it up to have a circumference of 67". I blew it up and thought it was all the way blown up. Then I measured it and it only had a circumference of about 45". I just kept pumping and was amazed that it could get much larger than I originally thought.

worth the trouble!
The only downside to this program is how difficult it is to blow up the transformer properly. Other than that, I have no regrets! It is a great set of workouts!!
